Initial outreach to prospects who visit the mag+ website or download the free mag+ software and other organic lead sources (through phone and email).
Own the pipeline and opportunity targets and achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue goals.
Develop an understanding of mag+ offerings (SaaS products & services), commercial terms and support.
Mine existing customers for additional business.
Establish a consistent daily call routine in line with expected call metrics of 40-50 calls per day.
Input, update and maintain Salesforce records on each account and opportunity.
Ensure daily/weekly updates of pipeline & provide accurate forecast to the sales leadership team on an ongoing basis using Salesforce (SFDC) CRM
Monitor client satisfaction level regularly and work collaboratively with internal team members to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Identify accounts that are most likely to churn and initiate outreach campaigns to retain such accounts
Required Candidate profile
3+ years of relevant sales experience (preferably in Saas sales).
Proven sales track record and demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Should be comfortable with tools like CRM (SFDC preferably), MS Excel, PPT
Sales / Marketing MBA preferred but graduates can also apply.
Should be willing to work in shifts as per business needs (Europe & US).
