Job Description
  • Communicate our corporate Human Resources policies for the business units and ensure they adhere to all the Human Resources policies, practices and procedures.
  • Responsible for interacting with all levels of management to understand & translate business requirements into overall people strategy, in addition to managing all facets of Human Resources with regard to talent acquisition, employment policies, surveys and employee relations.
  • Partner with leaders in organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.
  • Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes
  • Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.
  • Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests.
  • Partner with multiple HR teams to support business unit initiatives.
  • Lead, develop, motivate and support the HR team to ensure excellence in service delivery.
  • Proactively address all types of employee related issues (disciplinary, grievances, performance etc), ensuring fairness as well as balance in representing all parties interests.
  • Performance management, talent management, total compensation and compliance.
  • Track, evaluate report and enhance team performance on key metrices
  • Identify and develop alternate channels of sourcing to fulfill manpower demands.
  • Handling Statutory compliance i.e. PF/PT/LBF/ESI/WC Policy/Labour license etc.

Required Candidate profile

The position requires:
  • Good insight and experience in HR practices (Engagement, Talent Management, Appraisal systems, R&R etc.)
  • Experience in handling Industrial Relations 
  • Knowledge of Kannada (written & spoken)
  • Good experience in the technology/IT industry
  • Good exposure to working with Senior Management
  • Post Graduate 

Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 11,00,000 PA.
