Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Handle client requirements assessment independently or with the team comprising PM and data modeler
Brainstorm and create solutions that are differentiated and thought leading
Research and curation of content
Interaction with internal or client side subject matter experts for content analysis, design, reviews and approvals.
Develop sim, game and emerging tech solution storyboards
Lead teams and review projects in terms of quality and compliance with contract scope.
Be involved in project and resource planning.
Manage direct client communications and client expectations.
Domestic and International travel to client site for presentations and consulting assignments
Keep abreast with development in ID, sim design, game design and emerging technology trends; share knowledge with the team

Desired Profile:
Post graduate with prior experience in working with financial/logic-based content.
Skilled in Instructional Design principles and theory, such as Andragogy, Kirkpatrick and Blooms' levels, ADDIE etc.
Familiarity with sims and games design. Experience with emerging tech would be a bonus.
Ability to work with content publishing tools like Articulate and Captivate will be a bonus
