Responsibilities

• Core skills and competencies including Leadership, Customer Relations, Performance Management, Process Management, Data Analysis, Problem Solving, Effective Communication, Business Acumen, and Technical Aptitude.
• Ability to define and execute high level technical strategies
• Strong process and workflow analysis skills to determine where and how to introduce optimizations or reduce the amount of manual work.
• Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

'- BS in computer science or engineering degree or a related field or equivalent work experience required.
-  7 years of experience in Technical Support with more than five of those years in leadership role within a fast paced, enterprise level, mission critical software support/SaaS environment.
-  Experience in a data driven metrics environment and a commitment to process improvement and operational excellence.
-  Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding and demanding multi-national customer base.
- Experience with technologies such as Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, DB, Cloud (AWS),DTL, JavaScript, XML
- Excellent  communication skills
- Good experiene in mentoring team members
- Good experience in quality and processes
