Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Create digital marketing strategy, brand promotion, social media marketing, and website & content strategy for our target audiences in the US.
  • Implement SEO and SEM practices for the brand.
  • Design, build, and maintain company’s social media presence across all digital channels. Drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
  • Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms.
  • Work with design team to create videos, websites, blogs, presentations, white papers, and case studies.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with agencies, industry bodies, and other vendor partners.
  • Handle marcom initiatives such as industry outreach, customer communication, client relations, & events.
  • Ideate and implement new initiatives directed towards the digitization, brand building, and lead generation.
  • Optimize marketing funnel to achieve greater number of leads and conversion rate.
  • Support sales team in executing both online and offline sales campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, PR, and social media campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid experience of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Experience in handling vendor partners and agencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
